What to include
Include only the information needed to identify and understand your request:
- Your name, account email, and preferred reply address
- Order ID, event name, or organization name when relevant
- A short description of the issue and the date/time it occurred
- A redacted screenshot or error message when it helps explain the problem
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, wallet PINs, full payment credentials, identity documents by ordinary email, or an unredacted QR ticket.
